New Powerups Out Now!
Two new powerups launch today! The scientists at the Fun Run tech labs have been hard at work. And they've finally let something out.
Tesla Tower - Trap
First out the door: lightning in a gadget. Toss down this towering trap and it'll zap passing runners on a steady beat. Time your run or get lit up!
Stats
Zap Interval: 0.9 seconds
Zap Duration: 0.3 seconds
Lifetime: 5.8 seconds
Homing Pigeon - Offensive
Also escaped from the planet's labs: a flock of mechanical pigeons! Explosive, single-minded, and not especially bright.
Grab one and set it loose. It'll hunt down the nearest runner ahead of it. Just be warned: it's a clumsy bird.
How homing works
- The pigeon looks ahead first and locks onto the nearest opponent in front of it.
- If nobody is ahead, it hunts backwards instead, again choosing the nearest runner.
- It flies in a straight line at its target and bounces off any wall in the way.
- It will never target you or your teammates, but it can still crash into them. Stay out of its flight path!
