New Powerups
Deep within shadowy workshops, the Animal engineers have been tinkering with new and exciting Powerup technology to spice up the races. Their latest creations promise to bring thrilling twists to the competition!
Changes to default Equalizer
The new Anvil Equalizer will be the new default Equalizer, replacing Sky Beam. Players who already have the Sky Beam will keep it, in addition to getting the new Anvil.
Anvil
“Sends an anvil from space that clonks down on the leading Runner. Anyone caught under its weight will be smashed to bits.”
- Activation time: 1.5s
- Death timer: 1.5s
Missile
“A missile is launched and flies towards the leading Runner at immense speed. Upon impact, it explodes in a fiery inferno, killing everyone caught in the blast.”
- Activation time: 2.0s
- Death timer: 1.5s
- Explosion radius: 5.7m
Ice Axe
“Throw out an axe that freezes players when it. When it touches terrain it erupts and sends out a small freezing blast that freezes players for a longer duration.”
- Throw speed: 35 m/s
- Hit Freeze timer: 2.5s
- Blast Freeze timer: 3.0s
