Fair Play & Region Selection in Elites
We're excited to announce a new feature for our Elites game mode that will create a more balanced and fair experience for all Runners. Starting today, Runners will be able to set their server region for Elites manually! The catch? You can only change it once every 14 days.
Why is this great news? Let's break it down:
- Equal Opportunities: This change ensures that all Runners have access to the same number of races and map varieties, regardless of their real-world location or schedule.
- True Skill Showcase: By limiting region-hopping, we're emphasizing what Elites is all about – pure skill and strategy, not availability or technical workarounds.
- Stronger Regional Communities: Runners will be more connected to their chosen Region, fostering a sense of community and friendly rivalry among local competitors.
- Flexibility: If the default Elites Round Time does not suit your schedule, you can select a different one. This can increase your ping when playing Elites, but you get to make the call.
We believe this update will make Elites an even more thrilling and rewarding experience for all our dedicated Runners. It's all part of our ongoing commitment to creating a level playing field where your skills can truly shine.
