We have released a series of balance changes designed to enhance your Runner experience and to keep races fresh and fair!

General
Animals
Lion
“Lion hurt his ankle. He can’t run as fast anymore.”
Stats:
- Top Speed: 18.36 → 17.00
Chameleon
“Chameleon has worked out a bit on the race track. He can now hold a higher speed.”
Stats:
- Top Speed: 16.15 → 17.85
Powerups
Freeze Actions
“Freeze Actions needed a bit of a boost. So we’re adding a new functionality to them.”
- Ice blocks are heavy, so Runners affected by them are now heavier and are affected more by gravity
Ice Axe
“It was too beneficial to get an advantage by slamming the Ice Axe into the ground to hit yourself. So we’re removing that functionality.”
- You can no longer slam the Ice Axe into the ground to hit yourself
Vortex Grasp
“Vortex Grasp is too strong and has a high win rate. We’re bumping it down a bit.”
- Pull Force: 18 → 15
Elektro Shock
“We’ve heard you about Elektro Shock. It is still trailing in the win rates, so we want to do something to make it hop back up. So we’re going to try something new and revert the size buff.”
- Radius: 4.0m → 3.7m
- Activation time: 1.0s → 0.66s
Heart Balloon
“Heart Balloon is getting some love.”
- Lifetime: 4.2s → 5.0s
Sonic Blast
“Sonic Blast is too easy to use for its great effect. So we’re bringing it down a smidge.”
- Push Force: 20 → 18
Orb Shield
“Orb Shield is getting some love.”
- Lifetime: 2.5s → 2.8s
Impact Grenade
“Impact Grenade is doing well, a bit too well. We’re bringing it back a bit.”
- Throw force: 35→ 32
Magnet
“Magnet lost some juice.”
- Pull force: 25 → 22
Bear Trap
“The Bear Trap’s hitbox was a bit too big compared to its visual counterpart. This has now been fixed.“
- Updated the hitbox to represent the visual of the Bear Trap more accurately
